Kevin Patrick Burke is the visionary driving force behind Alera. With over 30 years of expertise across real estate development, architectural design, interior build-outs, and project management, Kevin has crafted a reputation for excellence in residential, commercial, wellness, and medical environments.

His journey began in 1980 with the founding of Florida Home in New Jersey—grounded in the philosophy that single-source design-build services offer the best client experience. Since expanding into Florida in 2012, Kevin’s leadership has ensured each project benefits from cohesive service by in-house licensed professionals—from architecture and construction to furniture selection and finish installations.

Now, with Alera, Kevin brings that same attention to detail and integrated approach to care-driven spaces. He believes that properly designed environments—from clinics and spas to wellness centers and hospice facilities—have the power to heal, comfort, and uplift.
